This way you can work together on those annoying fat rolls! If the gym is too expensive, or if you would rather stay at home to do your exercises in peace, then do exercises at home.

Do more exercises

Not only the gym is important, but also exercise in general. Think of cycling, (brisk) walking, jogging, cycling or other endurance sports. Drink more water

I can not say it often enough: drink water. I say that very regularly, and that has a very good reason. Water is indispensable for a healthy body in general, both physically and mentally, but also ensures an efficient removal of your waste products. Furthermore, your metabolism does not work well if you drink too little water. And we do not want that. So make sure you always have a bottle of water at hand. Take a drink regularly, because when you are thirsty, you are actually already far too late.

Do ‘sneaky’ exercises

If you have a sedentary profession, for example in the office or in the car, you can try doing abdominal exercises. By regularly putting on your abdominal muscles and relaxing again, you do unnoticed important and efficient exercises that help to make your fat rolls disappear. The advantage is that you do not lose time with it, and nobody will notice it.

Go eat balanced

Balanced food is a very broad concept. As far as fat rolls and stuffed bellies are concerned, you can think of avoiding those foods that causes swollen belly. For one this is, for example, milk, for others it is certain vegetables. In any case avoid legumes, because these are known for their annoying gas formation.
